The Mango System on Module (SOM) is based on Qualcomm's IPQ6010 SoC, featuring a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor at 1.8 GHz with NEON SIMD DSP extension. It supports Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) with dual-band 2x2 MU-MIMO, offering 1201 Mbps on 5 GHz and 573.5 Mbps on 2.4 GHz. The module includes advanced power management, hardware NAT and crypto engines for security, and supports multiple interfaces like PCIe 3.0, USB3.0, USB2.0, and Ethernet SerDes for multi-GbE PHYs. The SOM is compact (38.3x61.7mm), with a wide temperature range of -40 to 85°C for industrial applications.
