ARIES MICRO v1.0 is a high-performance development board with loads of features in a small form factor. This breadboard-friendly development platform is based on THEAJS32 ASIC which operates at a frequency of 100MHz. THEJAS32 SoC includes VEGA ET1031 Microprocessor, 256KB internal SRAM, Three UARTs, Four SPIs, Three TIMERs, Eight PWMs, Three I2C interfaces, 25 GPIOs, etc. This board contains everything needed to support the standalone operation. To get started simply connect the board to a computer with a USB cable or a battery. This board is designed and developed by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) as part of the Microprocessor Development Programme project funded by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. This board is targeted for a wide variety of applications which includes low-power IoT, Sensor fusion, Smart meters, System supervisors, Remote sensors, Wearable devices, Toy and electronic education equipment, Legacy 8/16-bit applications, Industrial networking, and many more…

Setup Guide

Identify the pins
Locate VCC (power), GND (ground), and data pins (SDA/SCL for I2C, MOSI/MISO for SPI, or TX/RX for UART). Refer to the pinout diagram on the product page.

Wire to your microcontroller
Connect VCC to 3.3V or 5V (check the module spec), GND to GND, and data pins to the appropriate GPIO pins on your Arduino or Raspberry Pi.

Install libraries
In Arduino IDE, go to Sketch → Include Library → Manage Libraries and search for the sensor library. Install the recommended version.

Upload example sketch
Open File → Examples → [library name] → Basic Example. Upload to your board and open Serial Monitor to view output.

Calibrate if needed
Some sensors (temperature, humidity, distance) may need a short warm-up period or calibration. Run the calibration sketch if provided.
