This PM06 Power Module supplies clean 5.2V to flight controller from the battery and provides current consumption and battery voltage measurements via analog signal through a 6 Pin JST-GH cable, along with integrated power distribution for 4 ESCs. It comes with pre-soldered wires, capacitor, and XT60 connector. Please Note:  The XT60 Plug and 12AWG wire that are pre-soldered on the board is rating for 30A continuous current and 60A burst current (< 60 Seconds). If a higher current is being used, the plug type and wire size should be changed accordingly. You can refer to this chart for reference. This PM02 Power Module uses analog data output and is not compatible to the Pixhawk 5X & 6X (Requires a digital PM like PM02D).

Features:

  1. Voltage Compatibility: Supports a wide input voltage range from 2S to 14S for versatile applications.
  2. Monitoring Capabilities: Provides real-time current consumption and battery voltage measurements through a 6 Pin JST-GH cable.
  3. High Current Ratings: PCB continuous current rating of 70A and burst current rating of 120A (<60 seconds) ensures robust power distribution.
  4. Efficient Power Distribution: Integrated power distribution for 4 ESCs simplifies wiring and optimizes energy transfer.
  5. User-Friendly Design: Comes with pre-soldered XT60 connector, wires, and capacitor for easy installation and improved stability.
  6. Compact and Lightweight: Compact dimensions (35x35x5mm) and a weight of 24g minimize overall drone weight impact.
  7. Adaptable XT60 Plug: Pre-soldered XT60 plug and 12AWG wire rated for 30A continuous current and 60A burst current (<60 seconds).
  8. Compatibility Notice: Not compatible with Pixhawk 5X & 6X; requires a digital PM like PM02D. Refer to a reference chart for adapting to higher currents.

Package Includes

1x  PM06 Power Module
1x  JST GHR 6pin 1.25mm pitch cable

Setup Guide

1
Identify the pins
Locate VCC (power), GND (ground), and data pins (SDA/SCL for I2C, MOSI/MISO for SPI, or TX/RX for UART). Refer to the pinout diagram on the product page.
2
Wire to your microcontroller
Connect VCC to 3.3V or 5V (check the module spec), GND to GND, and data pins to the appropriate GPIO pins on your Arduino or Raspberry Pi.
3
Install libraries
In Arduino IDE, go to Sketch → Include Library → Manage Libraries and search for the sensor library. Install the recommended version.
4
Upload example sketch
Open File → Examples → [library name] → Basic Example. Upload to your board and open Serial Monitor to view output.
5
Calibrate if needed
Some sensors (temperature, humidity, distance) may need a short warm-up period or calibration. Run the calibration sketch if provided.
