No. The plate at the bottom of the tool holder you see in the photo has a tapped hole which accepts the centre bolt. This plate can be machined to provide a T- nut or whatever device you need to fit the tool holder onto you cross slide. Careful measurement is required to ensure that the cutting tool will be low enough (or high enough, depending on your lathe) so that it can be adjusted to provide the correct cutting height. ... see more see less
