The Official Raspberry Pi PoE+ Injector is a single‑port Power over Ethernet (PoE+) midspan injector designed to deliver both network data and power over a single Ethernet cable to PoE‑enabled devices such as Raspberry Pi boards equipped with a compatible PoE HAT.
It conforms to IEEE 802.3at (PoE+) and 802.3af (PoE) standards, providing up to 30 W of output power at a nominal 55 V DC for robust operation under load. The injector supports Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbps) passthrough, ensuring high‑speed network performance while supplying power.
Input is via 100–240 V AC mains (IEC C13 socket), and output is delivered on the RJ‑45 interface, combining data and power.
