PWM to Voltage 0-100% to-10V Converter Module
PWM To Voltage Module can convert PWM digital signals into 0 to 10V analog signals. This product can be used in the PLC or other industrial panel switch signal interface by adjusting the PWM duty ratios to adjust the output voltage. Module size is small, easy to apply in different places.
Pin Definition:
  1. VCC -Working power 12-30V
  2. GND -Ground
  3. PWM - Input PWM signal positive
  4. GND -Input voltage ground
  5. VOUT-Output voltage: 0-10V
  6. GND - Output ground
Application:
  • This product can be used in the PLC or other industrial panel switch signal interface by adjusting the PWM duty ratios to adjust the output voltage

Features:

  1. Using single-chip embedded technology
  2. Easy to operate, can be fine-tuned by potentiometer
  3. Select the PWM signal input level range through the short cap
  4. The module is small, easy to carry and use
  5. PWM signal input level range: The peak of 4.5V to 10V level. The short cap installs in ‘5V’. This level is used for the normal controllers or 5V MCU. Insert jumper in the inner side.
  6. PWM signal input level range: The peak of 12V to 24V level, so inserted in 24V. The short cap installs in ‘24V’. This level is used for normal PLC controllers. Insert jumper in the outer side.

Package Includes:

1 x PWM to Voltage 0-100% to-10V Converter Module

Setup Guide

1
Identify the pins
Locate VCC (power), GND (ground), and data pins (SDA/SCL for I2C, MOSI/MISO for SPI, or TX/RX for UART). Refer to the pinout diagram on the product page.
2
Wire to your microcontroller
Connect VCC to 3.3V or 5V (check the module spec), GND to GND, and data pins to the appropriate GPIO pins on your Arduino or Raspberry Pi.
3
Install libraries
In Arduino IDE, go to Sketch → Include Library → Manage Libraries and search for the sensor library. Install the recommended version.
4
Upload example sketch
Open File → Examples → [library name] → Basic Example. Upload to your board and open Serial Monitor to view output.
5
Calibrate if needed
Some sensors (temperature, humidity, distance) may need a short warm-up period or calibration. Run the calibration sketch if provided.
