RT9080-33GJ5-RICHTEK-LDO Voltage Regulator, Fixed, 1.2 V to 5.5 V in, 3.3 V/600 mA out, 310 mV drop, TSOT-23-5

The RT9080-33GJ5 from Richtek is a 600mA low dropout (LDO) linear regulator without an SNS (output voltage sense) pin in 5 5-pin TSOT-23 package. This regulator with the enable function operates from 1.2V to 5.5V. It provides up to 600mA of output current and offers low-power operation in miniaturized packaging. The features of low quiescent current as low as 2μA and almost zero disable current are ideal for powering the battery equipment to a longer service life. The RT9080 is stable with the ceramic output capacitor over its wide input range from 1.2V to 5.5V and the entire range of output load current (0mA to 600mA). The minimum required output capacitance for stable operation is 1μF effective capacitance after consideration of the temperature and voltage coefficient of the capacitor.
