Q: Is it ok to wash the clothes?
A: Yes, remove the POWER BANK supply before washing.
Q: What type of battery is needed?
A: Please make sure that the power bank has a 5V USB port or a 7.4V DC port. The latter will have a better heating effect.

Q: Why doesn't the product work after I received it?
A:  Due to vacuum compression packaging, it may take a while to lay flat after opening the package before it can work properly.
Q: How to choose a size?
A: The clothing is based on Asian sizing. For US/EU, please read carefully and select the right size based on the data. (Suggestion: Try to choose 2-3 sizes larger than what you usually wear as below )

Washing Tips:
- Please take out the mobile power supply before washing.
- Hand wash, machine wash.
- Please do not wring it out by hand!

Instructions:
1. Unplug the USB/DC plug.
2. Connect the mobile power bank supply.
3. Press and hold the output switch of chest temperature control for 3 seconds.
4. Press and hold the chest temperature control switch for 3 seconds, start preheating, and then adjust the heat to moderate temperature when you need to always connect the mobile power.
5. 3 gears adjustment, the warm gear is 65℃, the comfortable gear is 55℃, and the energy-saving gear is 45℃.
6. Press and hold the chest temperature control switch for 3 seconds, then turn off the light to stop heating.
