Can this be used for IoT projects via Blynk? What example from here will do it: https://examples.blynk.cc/? Arduino UNO with ESP shield?

Hi. I have a problem trying to connect this board to my computer. It appears to me as an unknown device, I install the drivers but cannot find any, I get an error that says: Profinet IO protocol (DCP / LLDP). The device is missing an input.I have already tried to install with the ones that come on this page but they don't do anything or I don't know how to install them. What I can do? Thank you.

Hi, there are 2 RED LED that are on on the board one is marked L is blxinking and one is near ESP8266 is always on. is that normal?
