The Vacus ESP32-LAN8720 PoE module is a compact, productionready board combining an Espressif ESP32-WROOM-32E wireless microcontroller with 10/100Base-T Ethernet (SMSC LAN8720A) and IEEE 802.3af-compatible Power-over-Ethernet input. The on-board AG9905M PoE converter delivers a regulated 5V/9W supply directly from the Ethernet cable, eliminating the need for a separate power supply. An LM1117 LDO provides a clean 3.3V rail for the ESP32 and peripherals. A CP2102-GMR USB-to-serial bridge with auto-boot circuitry enables plug-and-play firmware flashing via USB Micro-B. Expansion headers expose additional ESP32 GPIOs, and a JST connector provides power and serial I/O for host system integration.
